Texada Timewarp has been a fixture of BC cannabis culture long before legalization, a sativa-leaning heirloom from Texada Island with a character that's stayed true through decades of cultivation. Good Buds grows it in small batches in certified organic living soil, hand-harvesting and hang-drying each batch before a slow cure following legacy methods. Caryophyllene, pinene, and myrcene drive a profile of bright sour lemon and sweet citrus with a clean pine finish. Rolled in natural unbleached cones and hand-packed into recyclable EcoLite tubes. It all started in a van.
At the tail end of a road-trip across Canada, their Founder Tyler Rumi stopped on Salt Spring Island, BC to visit family. He hasn’t left since. A long-time MMAR grower and avid stoner, Tyler fell in love with the island’s amazing growing climate. He decided Salt Spring Island was the best place to live out his dream of starting a craft weed farm.
Living out of his van, Tyler brought in his brother and Co-Founder Alex, and some of his life‐long buds, Ryan, Mike and Andrew to start GOOD BUDS.
In 2020, GOOD BUDS became FVOPA Certified Organic and BC’s first Certified Living Wage Employer in cannabis.
Today, GOOD BUDS has grown from a small dream into an award-winning craft cannabis brand, specialized in Certified Organic weed and concentrates.
