Mango Cake is a Salt Spring Island sativa-dominant indoor with juicy mango sweetness, a gassy afterburn, and creamy vanilla cake on the exhale.
Mango Cake is a house-bred cross of GOOD BUDS' original Mango Taffie and Wedding Cake, grown indoors in certified organic living soils on their family farm on Salt Spring Island. Terpinolene, ocimene, myrcene, and caryophyllene push ripe mango and orange zest up front, with sweet vanilla frosting and a cake dough finish on the exhale. Every batch is hand-harvested, hang-dried, hand-trimmed, and slow-cured in small batches. Rolled in unbleached cones and hand-packed into recyclable dube tubes. Two per pack.
It all started in a van.
At the tail end of a road-trip across Canada, their Founder Tyler Rumi stopped on Salt Spring Island, BC to visit family. He hasn’t left since. A long-time MMAR grower and avid stoner, Tyler fell in love with the island’s amazing growing climate. He decided Salt Spring Island was the best place to live out his dream of starting a craft weed farm.
Living out of his van, Tyler brought in his brother and Co-Founder Alex, and some of his life‐long buds, Ryan, Mike and Andrew to start GOOD BUDS.
In 2020, GOOD BUDS became FVOPA Certified Organic and BC’s first Certified Living Wage Employer in cannabis.
Today, GOOD BUDS has grown from a small dream into an award-winning craft cannabis brand, specialized in Certified Organic weed and concentrates.
